Here you will have access to interactive features such as the ability to mark your interest level and comments, as well as resources for school, and community information. I can also point you to external resources for additional property information, such as tax records. Once you find the right home, I will provide you with a market analysis, help you arrive at a price, and guide you through the negotiating process, and all the way up through the closing.
Since there are so many aspects to buying a home, I strongly recommend scheduling an introductory appointment in my office. Even if you have purchased a home before, the process, market conditions, and contracts keep changing. When we meet, I will go over everything in detail with you so that you will know what to expect from the entire process. I will also be able to provide you with recommendations for service providers such as lenders and attorneys.
