As an e-PRO, I can offer a number of on-line tools, such as e-signing, to streamline your selling process. I will set up an account for you on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), with automatic searches that will send you any new or changed listings in your area. This way you will have access to the most up to date information about your competition available from the MLS. Through the same account, you can view activity on your listing, and share comments with me about the listings in your search.
Once we find the right buyer for your home, I will review the recent activity with you to help you arrive at a price, and guide you through the negotiating process, and all the way through the closing.
